Buchanan-Dunne Associates (BDA) was founded by Helene Buchanan-Dunne, who has an extensive background in talent management, having created and delivered successful cutting edge training programs for many of the world's leading organizations. BDA was created to help organizations identify top talent and ensure that they perform at optimum levels. Our team of curriculum developers and trainers all have extensive experience training internationally, as well as successful backgrounds in industry.
We have trained in over 40 countries (including the UK, USA, China, Australia and Europe) and worked across a number of industry sectors. Partnering closely with our clients, we advise on the most effective way of improving the performance of teams, whether it be through on-site training or if teams are virtual then through web training with one of our on-line facilitators.
